Felting pads
This very popular hand made pad makes a good working surface which gets firmer with use as the material compacts. It is an ideal size for most of your work . One side of the pad is white , this is so that you can use the appropriate side for the colour of wool you are working with, thus preventing the whites in particular from becoming contaminated with the darker coloured wools .
